Trinity |

Developing and painting of the motif "Trinuity" required a certain mannor of "artistic humility": the painting is wittingly designed imperfect, as well as the sight of a human being on that what we call "Trinity" allways will (and must) stay imperfect. In the opposite there is the circle as dominant detail of the composition, a symbol of infinity and perfection. The primary colours yellow, blue and red symbolize the fundamental relevance of "trinity" for the christian religiosity. These three colours are continued in the surrounding "circle of live and earth" - "For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things..." (Romans11,36). Added and included are the symbols of another basical christian trinity: faith, love and hope. | ||||
